The hotel has charming decor, but the steep stairs were inconvenient.

I just spent two nights in a spacious Deluxe Family Room and loved the delicious breakfast that fueled my mornings. The lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The karaoke was a great touch for fun evenings. It was a bit tricky going up the stairs since there's no lift, but it didn’t bother me much—definitely check it out! 😊

Had a great time with friends, visiting nearby attractions like the Eden Project and enjoying some cycling! The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was friendly. I loved that there was free parking and the meals were delicious, especially breakfast. Don't miss out on the amazing Sunday lunch they serve!
One downside was the lack of a lift, which made carrying our bags up to the rooms a bit challenging, but we managed.

Awesome stay with top-notch service!
The staff was super friendly, even helped me out when I took a little tumble—major props for the quick icepack and wine! Room was cozy and clean, and breakfast was delish, especially the poached eggs. Only thing? Finding the car park was a bit tricky.

missingWrote a review on Jul 07noise disturbances
Unfortunately, the Standard Twin Room next to the Ladies toilets was a setback, with sounds from the stairwell and neighboring conversations causing significant disturbances, making sleep elusive despite the comfortable beds. The decor felt tired, and the shower's modified rain head lacked the necessary pressure, forcing us to rely on the handheld instead. Arriving later in the day also meant missing breakfast due to early meeting commitments, preventing a sample of the praised morning offerings. These issues ultimately led to the decision to check out early rather than suffer through another restless night.
